AT&T TV Messaging

Messaging on an entertainment platform requires multiple levels of interaction depending on the severity of the message. Low priority information-only messages would be displayed in a small panel and self-dismissing to make the user aware of a situation but not require them to interrupt their TV viewing to take action. Medium priority messages would inform users of a state change and allow them to make changes directly from the message or be taken to a page where they could make the change. High priority messages are for critical and rare events since they would block the user from continuing to use the service or hardware.
